I grew up in a home where mental health wasn’t talked about—and was sometimes even seen as taboo which taught me how important it is to have a safe space to explore how we see ourselves, connect with others, and move through life’s challenges. I work with people who are navigating cultural conflicts, big life changes, anxiety, trauma, burnout, depression, mood disorders and questions of identity—many of which I’ve experienced myself. I also work with ADHD and help patients overcome substance abuse. I don’t believe in quick fixes; real healing takes time, care, and collaboration. Together, we’ll look for approaches that feel comfortable and sustainable, often starting with practical, non-medication options when possible. Life presents us with problems in every age bracket, and so I learned to work with patients from all walks of life and ages. I look forward to working with you.
