Your identifiable health information used and generated as part of the testing process is protected in accordance with HIPAA requirements and kept confidential. De-identified data from the testing process is used to improve the way mental health is diagnosed and treated. As part of this cutting-edge process, you’ll be more than just a passive participant. For the first six weeks after you enroll, we’ll send you assessments every week. To become a client at NTX, you can start by making an inquiry about our services. Once we verify your insurance or discuss private pay options, we will pair you with an appropriate provider. You will then have access to our client portal where you’ll need to complete intake documents detailing your health history. Once done, we will contact you within two business days to schedule your first appointment.

At NTX, we accept insurance and also provide options for private pay. After making an inquiry about our services, we verify your insurance and inform you of any copays or coinsurance estimates, if applicable.

At NTX, your safety and accuracy in medication prescribing is of paramount importance to us. We strictly adhere to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) guidelines, ensuring every step we take is in line with the highest standards of compliance.

Every client, including those leveraging our telemedicine services who are prescribed a controlled substance, is required to undergo a face-to-face assessment at least once. This could be more frequent depending on individual health conditions and the recommendations of our healthcare providers. After the assessment, prescribed medications are electronically transmitted to the client’s chosen pharmacy. Please note that the processing times may vary from one pharmacy to another. If a client needs to transfer their prescription to another pharmacy, it is achievable by making a request at the new pharmacy. However, this doesn’t apply to controlled substances due to strict DEA regulations.

Upon prescribing, please allow at least two business days before making any inquiries regarding your prescriptions. This waiting period is crucial as it gives the pharmacy sufficient time to process your medication.
